Join as a case handler

The map works because someone local follows up on the reports. That work is done by volunteers — no pay, no required hours.

What does a case handler do?

  • Reviews reports from their own area and judges whether they hold up.
  • Contacts whoever is responsible — the municipality, a utility, an institution — and records what they answered.
  • Adds every step to the case timeline, so the reporter and the public can see where it stands.
  • You need no legal or political background. You need persistence and tidy notes.

Entirely voluntary

This is unpaid volunteer work. You can step back at any time and you decide how many cases you take on. If we accept your application you get an account for the admin panel, where you only see cases from your own areas.
